The Fab City Pledge 2025

The Fab City Pledge marks the official entry of new cities and regions into the Fab City Network. During this ceremony, consortiums formed by local organizations, institutions, and governments, commit to shifting from linear global supply chains toward place-based production models rooted in circularity, digital fabrication, and community resilience.

This year we welcome the Bergisches Region in Germany, and the City of Charlotte in the United States.

This moment is central to the Fab City Global Initiative, and reinforces our shared roadmap toward 2054: when every city in the network aims to produce (almost) everything it consumes.
