Transparency is a core part of how the Fab City Foundation operates. We are a nonprofit established in Estonia, working as a distributed organization with team members, partners, and collaborators across several regions, giving direct support to the Fab City Global Initiative, a network of cities and regions advancing localized production, bioregeneration practices, and knowledge & resources exchange.
Publishing our key documents in a single place makes it easier for the general public, our network, and our stakeholders to understand how we work, how we are governed, and how our resources are managed.
This section includes all formal documents that define our legal structure, financial reporting, and internal governance. You will find our Articles of Association, the legal resolution that established the Foundation, our annual reports with full financial statements, and other materials that help explain how the organization is run. These documents reflect our commitment to accountability, operational clarity, and responsible stewardship of the Fab City mission.
We also publish the Fab City Foundation Code of Conduct, which outlines the standards of behavior, collaboration, and responsibility that guides everyone working with or for the Foundation. It covers topics such as safeguarding organizational assets, managing conflicts of interest, harassment and discrimination policies, confidentiality, diversity, equity and inclusion, and performance expectations. This policy applies to all team members, contractors, and contributors and helps ensure a safe and respectful environment across our distributed team.
If updates or new governance measures are approved, they will be added here to keep this section current.
