Research Through Design and Its Strategic Role in Addressing Global Challenges. The Case of RedePro Platform as a Hub for Promoting Circular Design

This paper provides a blueprint for Fab localities to operationalize their circular economy commitments and align with global agendas such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It presents the RedePro project, illustrating how a digital hub can strengthen local value chains by connecting makerspaces, local industries, suppliers and other key actors. This paper also offers a repository of open design files and a section for sharing best practices in circular design.
